Restoration, Remodel & Additions by Karstetter Construction
This older Lake Geneva Home was remodeled and restored with a front porch extension added, an addition to the back, along with a deck added. A garage / pool house was also built, and the inside rooms restored and remodeled.
The woodwork in the house was refinished and restored, and some was remade to match the existing woodwork.
A beautiful home.. it was included in the Lake Geneva Tour of Homes after it was completed.
The new garage / pool house was added after the home was finished.
Re-purposing Old Church Walls
John has been using more of the old wood from the Christ Episcopal Church renovation for other purposes. Fr. Bill wanted some matching kneelers for the acolytes and clergy, so John made some from the old wall pieces that are still left.
Good Work John!!
With the pieces that are still left, he may make a pedestal next! Looking forward to seeing that too!
